Dr Bernard Chong is a Medical Director and senior aesthetic doctor at Five Clinic® Puchong, known for his patient-centred approach and passion for helping individuals achieve confidence through aesthetic care. He is committed to delivering safe, natural-looking results in accordance with the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health Malaysia, with a focus on enhancing skin health and overall aesthetic balance.
He graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) from Manipal University (MMMC) and began his medical career at Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar Seremban. He later served as a Medical Officer in the Orthopaedic Department, where he developed strong foundations in minimally invasive procedures and patient care.
Driven by his interest in aesthetic medicine, Dr Bernard Chong completed the Malaysian Aesthetic Certification (MAC) programme and became a member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine (AAAM). He subsequently obtained his Letter of Credentialing and Privileging (LCP) from the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
Having experienced eczema and skin concerns himself, he understands the impact of skin conditions on confidence. This shapes his approach to personalised treatments that support long-term skin quality and overall well-being.
With a strong interest in health and fitness, he adopts a holistic approach by integrating lifestyle, wellness, and aesthetic treatments to help patients achieve healthier, clearer, and more radiant skin while enhancing their natural beauty.
